Finding Focus
We talk about staying focused — but how do you focus when the ground keeps shifting or the goalposts keep moving? Are challenges and uncertainty being acknowledged? Are your people imagining what might be possible — even in adversity? Are small, consistent steps being celebrated as valued momentum? I share how I found clarity – and how this can help you too.

Engaging keynote speaker. Award-winning author. Optimist at heart.
If you’re seeking a keynote that is both inspiring and actionable, you’re in the right place.
I blend the raw reality of personal trauma and 25 years in international corporate leadership into powerful lessons that help people perform with clarity, resilience, and purpose — especially in moments of disruption.
In March 2019, a bicycling accident catapulted me into a stormwater drain and shattered my spine. I was immobilised, fearful I’d never walk again… and wrestling with a fractured sense of identity.

But through that adversity I discovered something far greater. A repeatable way to move forward — even when your future breaks beneath you.
Muscle by muscle, step by step, I retrained not just my body, but my mindset. And in doing so, I developed the “Finding Your FEET” framework — a relatable method to help individuals and teams tackle tough times with confidence, humility, and drive.
Today, I deliver keynote speeches and corporate workshops across Australia and internationally, helping leaders and organisations:
-
Reframe resistance into possibility
-
Build resilient, high-performing team cultures
-
Thrive through change and uncertainty
Whether in person or online, every keynote is packed with practical insights, vivid storytelling, and empowering mantras.
Your people will leave ready to develop self-determination, defy limits and step up to possibility.

“ It was not only incredibly moving, but your strength, resilience and vulnerability shared is truly inspiring ”

Speaking themes and takeaways
I tailor my Finding your FEET keynote speech to the challenges your organisation is facing — whether that is navigating disruption, building team resilience, or bouncing back from setbacks.
Each theme is built from lived experience, practical mindset tools, and a deep understanding of how we perform under pressure

Exploring Perspectives
Adversity narrows our view. We cling to what we can control and shut out the rest — but what gets missed when we do that? Are situations being seen only through stress or past assumptions? Do your teams feel safe to challenge the dominant viewpoint? Are you open to borrowing resilience from those around you? I share how shifting perspective reshaped my recovery — and how it can reshape possibility.

Engaging Support
In high-performance settings, self-reliance is prized — but could it be getting in the way of progress? Do your leaders know when to lean in — and when to reach out? Is your team brave enough to ask for help, and generous enough to offer it? Is unspoken isolation quietly holding people back? I share how letting others in changed everything — and why support is a performance strategy, not a last resort.

Trusting the Process
When progress feels slow or invisible, doubt creeps in. But what if the shift is already underway — just beneath the surface? Do your people recognise progress even when it is less obvious? Do they have habits that sustain belief as well as output? Is there a shared rhythm that helps your team hold steady in turbulence? I share how I learned to trust the process — and why consistency often beats intensity.
