I've spoken for
You’re here because
Performance targets are under pressure
Motivation is dropping — and you can’t get it to turn
The trust that holds your team together is fraying
People feel like victims of change, not participants in it
You’re keeping it together. But you know it’s not sustainable.
Something has shifted
Your team is still delivering.
People are showing up (mostly).
Conversations seem shorter, but decisions take longer.
The energy that carried the team over its hard patches feels paper thin.
With each month, the consequences compound. And the pace isn’t slowing.
Is it a crisis? Maybe, maybe not. You’re not willing to wait and see.
This isn’t a people problem or a performance problem.
It's both, at once. Pressure on one permeates the other. Team cohesion cracks.
Burnout rises. Core expertise walks out the door. Customer service crumbles. Those left are desperately holding it together instead of hitting their stride.
And your world isn’t getting any easier — economic uncertainty, AI disruption, cost-cutting — issues that make it harder to hit targets.
The organisations that outperform aren’t commanding the hardest-working people. They cultivate genuine connection. To each other. To a purpose. These are the teams that sustain momentum — with leaders who treat resilience as a core capability.
A capability that can be built.
What if
Pressure didn't fracture your team
────────────────────▶
it forged it
Uncertainty became where your people found their best thinking
──────▶
not their worst
You didn’t have to risk relationships
────────────────────▶
to reach results
It happens when teams embrace a shared framework and the common language to apply it — every day, including the days it matters most.
Teams that stay cohesive and clear-headed — even when everything is moving — don't just survive disruption. They come through it stronger.
They've learned how to find their FEET.
25 years of high-pressure leadership built my understanding.
A spinal injury forged it into a framework — the one I used to find my feet again.
I spent 25 years as a corporate leader across Asia-Pacific — including as Rio Tinto Iron Ore’s Chief Negotiator, where I was responsible for USD 20 billion in revenue. I built and led teams in environments where uncertainty was constant and the stakes were real.
In March 2019, a cycling accident flung me over the handlebars, shattering my spine. I was told I may never walk again. Emergency surgery was successful — but I woke to discover I was barely able to shift a centimetre up my bed. I had virtually no movement in my feet — for weeks. I had no understanding of how to operate my legs. Fear and doubt chilled me to the core.
The process of standing back up wasn’t a departure from my professional life. It was the proof of it.
There were tears. There were days I felt the cold wind of defeat. But I kept getting up. I found what worked to get me through.
Step by hard won step.
The tools that rebuilt me are the same principles that made me effective in boardrooms across Australia, Singapore, Japan and China.
Not as theory. As lived practice — tested under the kind of pressure few people ever encounter. A framework shaped by my struggles and built for yours.

“He didn’t separate the two or treat his accident as simply a motivational anecdote. Rather, he showed how the same principles that drive success in complex business environments — strategic thinking, adaptability, finding value in uncertainty — became the tools he needed to navigate his own crisis.”
Eric Em — Engineering Systems Technical Lead, Origin Energy
